Brandon Shamess (New York) joined KKR in 2019 and is a member of the Software industry team within the firm’s Americas Private Equity platform. He is currently involved in the firm’s investments in BMC, Box, MDF Commerce, Omnissa and OutSystems. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Shamess was with Goldman Sachs where he was involved in a number of mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions. He holds an Honors B.A. with distinction from Ivey Business School at Western University, in Canada.
